Fine Food Royal supplies you with products directly from the manufacturer.
Order caviar will be packaged for you directly at the packer and sent to you.
The wine will be sent directly to you by the winemaker upon receipt of the order.
This means that you will receive a separate package for each product category.
Below you will find the shipping costs for the different categories listed.
All saffron products are shipped free of charge by us. Either as a letter, a large letter or as a DHL package.
The wine is delivered in special wine cartons, each carton can contain up to 6 bottles of wine.
Shipping costs of 6€ will apply, regardless of the number of bottles. From 100€ order value, the shipping costs are no longer applicable.
After completing your order, our caviar products are packaged for you and handed over to the courier in special refrigerated containers. Your goods will therefore arrive fresh and cool. In order for the freight forwarder to reach you, it is necessary to provide a telephone number.
However, on the day of receipt, check the condition of the goods and the completeness of the delivery. This can only be taken into account in the event of a complaint on the day of delivery.

If the goods are ordered, Monday to Thursday, until 3 p.m. they arrive the next day (except Saturday and Sunday) between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. and must be able to be received by you at that time. Telephone access is very helpful.
